Returns Policy

Should you not be satisfied with your product purchased from us by reason of a defect, incorrect choice of product, or otherwise, you may, under certain circumstances, be entitled to either be refunded or have the product repaired or replaced.

As a valued customer, we shall always endeavour to provide you with the best customer service and ensure that all your rights in terms of the Consumer Protection Act are protected.  In terms of this returns policy, we may consider replacing goods purchased from us within 14 days from the date of purchase if such goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Handling fee; In line with the CPA a handling fee of up to 15% of the value of the product may be charged when the product/packaging is not returned in its original purchase condition.

If your chair was damaged upon arrival, please reach out to within 7 days of receiving your chair.


DXRacer does offer a two-year warranty on the chair parts (not including natural wear of the PU or fabric), and a *lifetime warranty on the steel frame.

This warranty is subject to the provisions below.


  • This warranty does not apply, and no other warranty applies to:
  • Wear and tear, which are to be expected over the course of ownership.
  • Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by DXRacer.
  • Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.
  • Damage inflicted against the chair.

A note in regard to colour variations, fabrics and finishes:

DXRacer does not warrant the colour-fastness or matching of colours, grains, or textures of covering materials.

*The lifetime warranty you are to receive would cover the steel frame within the backrest and bucket seat of the chair. All parts that assemble to the exterior of the chair are considered ‘parts’ which are covered under a 2-year warranty.
